Lead Integration Manager Our client is an established engineering & construction main contractor undertaking a new build data centre schemes across Northern & Central Europe. This organisation undertakes a full turnkey solution constructing these facilities from the initial design phase through groundworks, build through to the M&E installation, fit out and handover. Company turnover is currently €1.3bn and they continue to grow 10% - 15% per year. The need now exists for now seeking an experienced Lead Integration Manager to join the project team delivering a €500m+ Data Centre in Sweden The Lead Integration Manager will be responsible for the overall coordination and integration of all project disciplines—civil, structural, architectural, MEP, and commissioning—on a large-scale hyperscale data centre construction project in Sweden. This senior role ensures that all project elements are aligned, interfaces are managed effectively, and the programme is executed seamlessly from construction through to handover. • Lead and oversee integration planning and execution across all trades and phases.
• Manage multi-disciplinary coordination to ensure alignment of design, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Drive interface management between subcontractors, consultants, and client teams.
• Ensure milestones, sequencing, and handover criteria are met according to project schedule.
• Identify and resolve integration risks or clashes proactively.
• Report on integration progress to project leadership and stakeholders.
• Extensive experience in delivering complex, fast-track projects—preferably hyperscale data centres or mission-critical environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction, MEP systems, and commissioning processes.
• Proven leadership in managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Engineering, construction management, or related technical degree preferred.
